Are online transactions secure?

We use secure sockets layer (SSL) digital certificate technology to connect securely and directly to the payment gateway–achieving the highest security for an Internet connection. When you click to submit your purchase information, your payment information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology and sent to an Authorize.net transaction server. Will I be charged a sales tax?

Sales tax of 6.25% will be charged to all orders shipped to a Texas address.

 

What are the shipping & handling rates?

Orders to the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground. There is a $7.95 Shipping & Handling charge for each package shipped. Orders to ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. There is a $11.95 Shipping & Handling charge for each package shipped. At this time, we do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.

 

How long after I place my order will it take to receive it?

ONLINE ORDER: If you ordered online, your product will ship in 2 – 3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your product.
TOLL FREE ORDER: If you ordered through our toll free number, your product will ship in 3 – 5 business days. If you provided an email address to our phone operator, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Please allow 7- 10 business days to receive your product.

 

How do I track my package?

If your order is being shipped via UPS, once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with the tracking information including your tracking number. You can always contact us if you have any questions about your delivery.

 

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee with your purchase. The guarantee starts from the day you receive your shipment. Once we receive your returned product and original invoice, we will refund you less shipping and handling costs.

 

What happens if the product is damaged in transit?

Please send back your product, your original invoice along with a letter indicating the product was damaged in transit. Upon receipt, we will immediately re-ship a replacement and reimburse you for any return shipping charges.

 

Can I place a wholesale order?

Yes. We offer a discount price based on the size of your order. You must provide a Tax I.D. number. Orders are “one-way” meaning we will exchange defects, but there are no refunds. Please place your wholesale order through our toll free number.
